Well I have been gone for probably 2 years now, but I am back in to brewing and this is the first place I went. It looks like the community has grown.. This is great.

I think I screwed up big time here. I got the wort already and was going to rehydrate some dry east from a kit of coopers. But when I rehydrated the yeast the water was almost at boiling temperature....
