Long day at work. Stopped at the store and grabbed a Turbodog from Abita. Stuck it in the freezer....mmmm sooo good oh so cold. :woohoo:

...and boy does she taste good. Just bottled her tonight. Not too tart. :wiggles:

I always let the batch sit in the primary for a week *sometimes 5 days*. I only use the secondary if it is a darker or higher % Alc beer. I have yet to have the patience to let a beer sit for a month...
