Well I couldn't stomach the wait and see approach any longer. I found a HBS bout an hour away. They unfortunately did not have White Labs, they did however have Wyeast Kolsh yeast....

Remember to rinse your bottles well before sanitizing. Last thing you want is left over soap in your beer. Iodophor or star San won't rinse out the soap. Good luck
