Yeah, I figured it would be something along those lines. I'm pretty sure the local shop has s04, so I think I'll give that a try. I know they have Windsor, so I'll use that as a back up.

Thanks...

I made this beer and I'm currently drinking what's left over from my bottling bucket and what spilled from the bottling wand.

I think I am going to go with option 3. To me it makes sense to let the yeast grow in the small batch and then add more. I can't see why it wouldn't work.

I really like white beers like Hoegaarden and Rickard's White.

Is it possible to make something similar using a Brewhouse Kit as a base?

I know white beers are wheat beers, but I think the...

Using this (http://hbd.org/cgi-bin/recipator/brew/widgets/bp.html) widget, a conversion factor for dextrose of 0.6g/ml and a volume of 23L I'm getting a C02 volume of 3.4

Overprimed, are bottle bombs a legitimate worry?

The kit I am using (Barons) says to prime with 3/4 cup of dextrose for regular carbonation and 1 cup for highly carbonated beer.

I just realized that the package of dextrose I got from the shop...
