If you want the flavor profile from the 3739 and the attenuation from the 3787 then I would pitch the 3739 once the wort...

Just so those up North know I live in Antioch...
Just so those up North know I live in Antioch right on the IL\WI border and will be picking up for a few others. I have a pickup truck so I can pick for any that need and can bring them to Antioch.

Wyeast 1084 Irish Ale took my Imperial Milk...
Wyeast 1084 Irish Ale took my Imperial Milk Chocolate Stout to 11.4%. SG was 1.119 and FG was 1.034. Pitched about 450B cells for a 5g batch.

I just started counting and use my pipette to mix...
I just started counting and use my pipette to mix the sample before I load the hemocytometer. I'll draw a ml then push it back into the sample container and continue to do so until it get it mixed....
