I would say it depends on what you want out of these two different yeasts.

If you want the flavor profile from the 3739 and the attenuation from the 3787 then I would pitch the 3739 once the wort...

Just so those up North know I live in Antioch...

Just so those up North know I live in Antioch right on the IL\WI border and will be picking up for a few others. I have a pickup truck so I can pick for any that need and can bring them to Antioch.

I've actually done this a few times with good success but even in the summer my basement only gets to a max of 68F.

I just started counting and use my pipette to mix the sample before I load the hemocytometer. I'll draw a ml then push it back into the sample container and continue to do so until it get it mixed....
