There is one one in queens, but I do not recommend it. It is in a hydroponics store and all they have is one small corner devoted to brewing. The workers were rude and they lack a lot of supplies.

as long as the wort will be boiled in the end sanitation is not a problem. I have seen people recirculate boiling wort through their system in order to sanitize the pipes
