That beer is actually clearer than the pic makes it look. My potato camera makes everything look like it has a gray haze--especially glass.

This is Wyeast 2124, second harvest (gen 3)from repitched yeast. I've harvested for years and never seen this happen.

The batch of beer is a very clean German Pils, Harvest was 8 days ago stored...

I hadn't thought of that but it does pour less yeast out than my 1 gal tea jar that had too high of an arch in the bottom. It was a high wire act balancing the stirbar in it.
