is the spa panel protection the only protection needed or do you need breakers in the panel also? I've seen both just wondering if the spa panel is enough protection?

Expandable Panel

I'm just getting started on a control panel. It's based on PJ's 1 PID diagram. but the enclosure is 20x20x10 so I can add more PID's/ timers/ etc. I'm kind of at a stand still right now being laid...

20x20x10 Electrical Enclosure

I bought this to do a BCS build but went with PID setup instead. It has 2 holes drilled in it. I can email pics. $70.00 plus actual shipping OBO.

heat sink for march pump

is the heat sink that comes with SSR's on ebay okay to use with pumps or a keezer? I know you need a bigger one for heating elements.

wow, the PIDs are simple but the BCS has a ton more options. How hard is it to learn to program all the settings do you need plc/ladder logic experience or is it pretty easy to learn?

I have a single tier set up with 2 pumps and a copper heat exchanger in my HLT. I was thinking i would need a controller for the HLT, and MT at least. either way let me know what you think.
