tap #2 (3 passes) worked well at about 22-23 psi.

og was 1.080 and its at 1.014 now...so the yeast has almost capped out at 82% attenuation, thats about all you can expect...

I always pour a pint or 2 off before I travel with the keg ...seems to help keep it clear.
Most of the gunk is sucked up on the first couple of pours...
