Rick, the OG was 1.060, pitched a dry danstar English ale yeast at about 66-68 . Thanks for the encouragement guys, its still percolating with a blow off tube now

temperature controlled secondary

Is it advisable to keep your secondary in a controlled temp just as you do with a primary? I'm working in a single carboy chamber, so if I can skip it for the secondary, I can brew again sooner!

The fridge holds the temperature perfectly for 2 kegs if you keep it down close to the bottom of the dial. As for 1/6 size kegs I'm not sure
