This recipe isn't really a direct clone of anyone else's as far as I know. To be honest, I haven't brewed a batch of this in a couple of years....

I had mine sitting at room temperature for the primary, so that's round about 70, give or take a couple of degrees either way. Secondary was 37 degrees.

One week in each, tasted just fine to me.
