yeah... but 6 months.... that is quite some time in the fermenters..... and what about the co2.... just shake them now and then to get rid of the excess co2?

No problems. The hardest part is the waiting game :P luckily i work on a ship. so im away for 6-8 weeks. enough time to forget about them bottles carbonating :P
