Murky beers?

I've been brewing about 2 years got about 20+ batches under my belt I've been making decent beers but all my pale ales/IPAs have been coming out pretty murky even with 1-2 tablets of whirlfloc added...

Regulator losing pressure?

So I have a new regulator and new 5 lb co2 tank I tightened everything up had it set at 12 psi come home for work regulator shows 0 set it back to 12 tightened but and screw back on regulator woke up...

I looked on a carbonation chart it said 6 psi at 38 degrees for 2.0 vol sound about right? If so when should I set and down and how long am I looking at to carb? Thanks in advance cheers!!

I kegged my first time over the weekend everything was going good, kegged 5 gal of rye porter put in fridge over night. Force carbed rolled for 4 1/2 minutes on 30 psi set regulator down to about 6....
