I didn't realize it changed that much, so the 2 week mark that most people talk about is around the sweet spot then?

Just a basic batch with McCormicks, the yeast version.
Figured to get my feet wet.

It tells you how to make a simple drink but it doesn't have yeast in it or talk about adding it to the mix.
I was going to hit there sit and see if they had a little more info about it....
