Beer tools pro is amazing and always spot on with temps, timing, and o.g. with all three setups I've had over the past 6 years. Just calibrate your equipment and you're good to go.

From the diagram i don't see how you would sparge. It doesnt look like you can pump the sparge water from the hlt to the mash tun and pump the wort from the mash tun to the boil kettle...
