Just because you have a testimonial doesn't mean you should retire though. Carra is very underrated IMHO. Didn't have a great game but he's actually been pretty decent from what I've seen this season.

Bear in mind, I don't know of any clubs that operate their own schooling. Even Barcelona don't. The kids stay there...
