First time using grains of paradise not sure when to add it in the boil:
6 lbs wheat dme
1/2 oz citra 60 mins
1/2 oz citra 10 mins

When should I add the 2 grams of GOP in my boils...

Kolsch help

i am planning on doing a kolsch ale very soon, i have my ingridents but wanted some advice on the hop additions, is the 10 minute additon nesseary, if i do not use it would it bee more like a helles?...

Thanks for that info I always thought u use less sugar with Brett I'm basically doin it the same way u would if you were bottling a mr beer batch 3/4 tsp vane sugar in the bottle, or equal am to carb...

and i was going to skip the steeping grains and try to keep it as simple...
