Just wondering what percentage abv does the yeast die at??

I used it for my spiced cider with starting gravity of 1080.

But if you left it a month in the keg it should of settled INLESS you moved it again?

A few drops in 5 gallon will have no effect it'll be to watered down, nor will you be able to taste it :)

Then add in to secondary at the end as i feel is needed... (Will be looking for slight hints off) so that the taste should develop onces...

I made it like this before...

Apple juice from concentrate about 700g of sugar per one gallon.... And Hovis bread yeast.
After about four days fermenting, it was drinkable and around 5% /sweet...

I've been reading that adding brandy to Red wine and time makes port.

If you want it carb then keg it now, with a little extra sugar (100g) ish i think.

If you don't want it carbed then leave the yeasties to get rid...

I'd be doubtful it would help adding new yeast just complicate the taste and be hard for yo to transfer it from the corny to another container and back to clear sediment...
