I took mine to a bike shop and had it powder...

I took mine to a bike shop and had it powder coated. They also put high temp powder coating around the burners. Looks awesome!

Burner problem

This is what I'm experiencing. My guess is that my gas velocity is just too low when the burner is cranked way down. Anyone know of a fix other than opening up the valve a little more?

They do indeed. I have noticed one bad thing using them though. When I have the needle valve turned down very low while mashing and the PID turns on the solenoid valve, the gas flow is isn't great...

I originally had a pretty detailed spreadsheet with all the components but I grew a little lax as the project evolved over the year. I'm guessing it is around 3-3500 for the stand and control panel....
