They're basically the same thing. Whirlfloc is just processed and pressed into tablet form so it's easy to use and measure. For 5.5 gallon batches, I use 1/2 tab of Whirlfloc with 15 minutes to go in...

Yes I did. I'll have to look at my notes, but I think I mashed around 154-155 for an hour. Dunk sparged at 170 for 10 mins.

The 2-row is in there just to make sure I got full conversion.

I could mash up to 3lb of MO with the rest of the specialty grains.

Or would it need to be like 2.5lb MO and .5lb victory to make up for the DME.
