You guys are bursting my bubbles man… its hard enough to find something that is reasonably priced and comes with a strainer. Well I guess I can reduce my brew to say 3 gallon or just find a bitter...

I have to agree and i think I've seen somewhere on their official website stating that if you plan to brew an english bitter, the water volumne should be 18L/4.72G and additional LME or DME together...

I've tried Guinness red which I think is an ale version and i highly recommend it but sadly I've never seen it outside of the UK before.

I bet I'm not the first to testify that outdated malt extract will lead to a bad batch because I have personally experience that firsthand TWICE... Got 2 Coopers malt extract sometime in 09 and lost...
