I was just there on Saturday. We took the trip from Reno. I thought it was hands down the best IPA I've had. The hops were spot on and the 10% wasn't super hot. I'm glad I had a chance to try it.

It fairly mild for a sour, but at least you'll get an idea if you'll like them. The Lips of Faith Sour Brown Ale is really good also, but it's a much more "in your face" sour. One of my favorites...

I think DFH Festina Peche is a really easy sour to get into. I believe they call it a "session sour". From there you can try an Eric's Ale from the New Belgium Lips of Faith series.

Thanks for the info everyone. I think I'll keep with my secondary process for now. My beers are coming out super clear and I'd like to make sure that keeps happening.
