I finally ordered and received my new 50 mesh sleeve from Zach and have brewed with it and it works like a charm.

IMHO boiling for 90 minutes may do more for reducing DMS than keeping the lid off for cooling. I've seen a bunch of Jamil recipes that call for 90 minute boils specifically for reducing DMS.
