That's a good idea. You can get these at Lowes, if you have one close by. It's basically a Metro Shelving style rack. My Lowes sells the individual components. I'll have to check on pricing this...

I personally haven't seen the gunk that boiling water/PBW can't remove from a corny. I would pour boiling water (using an aluminum pitcher...be safe) in, mix some PBW and let it sit.

I tried this out on about a dozen bottles this past weekend, and it worked terrifically. I'll test it out on those bottles this week, and if they hold up I'll scale the recipe up for a big bottling...

I keep two 5 gallon buckets half filled with PBW solution in my unheated garage. I only save Schlafly and Sierra Nevada bottles. When finished with a beer, I drop it into the bucket and leave it.
