Not to rain on your parade but pulling romex through pvc is not the proper way to run it. Should have use stranded 10 g wire. Easier to pull and more "to code".

I didn't have a TIG I used a MIG welder with stainless wire. Cleaned it up real well. Really the only rusting I have is from the element. But that is not a huge issue if I keep it clean and dry...

You're dead on...I ordered the 16x16x8 and they sent this one by mistake and didn't want it back. So I had to make due! It weighs 40 - 50 lbs I'd say.

Yes! I had to re order the 2 yellow lights since I ordered the 120V ones. They would work, but I think its safer to use the 220V version so I know that both legs are off/on.
