i do mash out however i mean it's just for 10-15 minutes i can't...

i'm in the BIAB camp and for the money invested in equipment it is a great way to do A.G.
i find that people will make their hobby as complicated as needed to fit their needs.

when doing extracts my experience was a 60 minute boil produced darker beers than what i was shooting for like when brewing a hefe or wit or a pale ale.....
