So I just kegged, set the psi to 25. Was thinking about leaving the pressure for two days. Then dropping the pressure to 10psi for 5 days. Is the carb level okay to drink by day 7? Have a few friends...

I was going to ferment or pour one at a time not both. Beer lines and gas lines can be taken out while I ferment and put back whilst I pour. Any idea on how to get the probe in?

Just went to my local gas company. They filled my 20# tank for 17.75. Looked at my receipt and they thought it was a 5# tank. That's why you never separate the fillers from the cashiers. Ha ha!
