Chunk it up. I used what amounts to medium sized triangles. I did cut them a little thin though for more flavor extraction. Oh and only boil then filter it out

OG can be anywhere from 1.076 to 1.084....or higher if you have awesome efficiency and you do AG. Should finish up at 1.014 ish.

I honestly don't know. My recipe was different but the 2 lbs less shouldn't have "no" strawberry" taste. Give it another week? I did notice that it took about 4 weeks for the taste to shine through...

I just made the extract version for the second time yesterday. Looking forward to it when it is fresh! I do 2 weeks primary and 1 week dry hop then to bottle...but may keg this time.

Update to my buddy's wedding brew - kegged today at 1.012 for a 9.2% abv. Strongest I have made to date of this stuff and all relatively correctly. I will be looking forward to seeing how all mellows...

That strikes me as extremely unusual. Is the keg holding pressure? Even over the course of a few days you should have seen a carbonation level gradually increase. If nothing else, give it 1 full week...
