So my brew shop guy lied to me...I asked if I should be using a stopper or an airlock and he said a stopper is ideal because you don't want oxygen getting in at that point.

I over-pressurized my keg trying to carb it and beer came back all the way through the co2 line and started foaming out of the manifold. I corrected the problem, do I now need to sanitize the co2...
