Try using FlyGuy's T-siphon. It works like a charm and costs about 3 bucks. I've never had it break siphon except for my own stupidity, and even then it's really easy to get the siphon going again....

This particular one was a Sam Adams bottle, as are most of the bottles I use. The hardest ones for me personally are Warsteiner bottles. Those are a real pain to cap!
