I made this last night using fresh centennial...

I made this last night using fresh centennial hops off the side of the house. Can't wait to taste it.

Definitely used Special B...one of my favorite...

Definitely used Special B...one of my favorite grains. I could post the beersmith recipe, but it basically had pilsner, aromatic malt, special B, some munich, roasted barley, chocolate, and dehusked...

The first time i had the 120 minute, it was fresh or at least somewhat fresh. I didn't like it, so i stored the rest away. Then, I had it fresh at the brewery and have been drinking them fresh ever...

Also, if you're thinking of a red ipa, Can you Brew it has a clone recipe of Oscar Blues G'Knight Imperial Red ipa. it is spot on as far as color and taste. I highly recommend it for a red ipa.

I would say Back in Black was one of my favorites for a long time until last night. I had Uinta Duhbe at the Pittsburgh Beerfest and it is now my new favorite black IPA

i have a 70 qt cooler and a braided hose. Works like a champ. Havent used my igloo and false bottom in a year, no more stuck sparges.
