Your fine. Just check your gravity to be sure ferm is complete. Let it sit for 2 weeks or so and let the yeast finish up their thing and clean it up. Think if it as a secondary without transferring...

In my Irish stout, I only do 2 oz. of EKG at 60 min. (37.1 IBU) Like slarkin said, with only 1 addition at 60 min, the willamette would work fine.

briess 2 row brewers malt question

I am trying to put a recipe in beer smith and it calls for briess 2 row brewers malt. I don't have that description in my beer smith list of grains. What are the specs and profile for this malt?
