Hmm. I love sterling! Its a very underrated hop that adds complexity to american and continental beers. I don't know what an elbow is, but I love me some sterling if you're looking to unload it.

Yeah, i do this with rollers and brushes. Also tubes of caulk. It makes picking up a half finished job that much easier and faster.

Too bad about the hops though.

I agree that Triumph's ESB is just not right. I also think their IPA is pretty weak; I can't decide if they are going for a small east coast IPA or some sort of bitter english pale.
