Can you lager?

I love Hallertau and just it and the 2row or pilsen with a good german lager yeast is amazing and will go fast. You can add some munich up to 50% to get some different styles too....

Forgot Campden

Have already made my mash and sparge water with a 50/50 dilution and water additions. But I forgot the campden tablet to remove the chlorine. Can I still add it now?

Unfortunately I'm Brewing in an hour so I'll just be able to add the gypsum and my campden for chlorine. I use 5.2 but I know it is hit and miss with guys on here so we will see what happens I guess....
