The problem is not so much with boiling the beer, the pressure cooker will certainly do that. The problem is with some of the other issues already mentioned.

Yeah, sounds like a bad time. I've also taken to dry hopping in primary these days, mostly because I don't have a lot of time anymore and it's quicker to pop the lid and throw in the hops.
