Check the date on the yeast. You might need new yeast but everything else should be fine. The only other thing might be the crushed grain, smell it and if it smells ok use it.

Do you drink out of the bottle? Use a glass and try to leave the yeast at the bottom. Some people swirl the bottle before pouring but I like to leave the yeast behind.

I had to request a catolog about five time and finally actually had to contact them directly and ask for one before I got one. Not sure why, but I think they ship orders out a lot quicker.
