You shouldnt have to push hard and wiggle to get one of these style growler fillers to fit. After doing a lot of searching i ruled the AHS filler out. Way to many people are having problems with them...

Unless you dont like waiting the yeast will fall out of suspension after a while. Thats usually te route i take and it lets the flavors develop a bit more and even out.

Yeah, you can adjust the amount of sanitizer to the amount of water youre using.

IMO no rinse sanitizers are the best and star san cant be beat.

I still do late additions because theres still the chance to darken the wort if you do a it at the beginning. Your hop utilization will go up with the addition so you can cut them back if you want....

I usually use like an ounce. Sweet orange peel wont make your beer sweet (maybe if you added a ton, idk), its just not bitter and will add a different taste to the beer.
