They look like compressed air regs which are a lot cheaper and prone to leaking. Personally I stick with Taprite, Cornelius, or Norgren, you can get rebuild kits. Buy once and done.

You can find them cheaper, as for the cost it's hype most vintage fridges/freezer use a better type of refrigerant which makes them cheaper to run.
You can find restored ones for around $400-$500...

Odds are that water sitting on/around the element that keeps the rim from sweating (condensation) could just need to dry out. If your using it as a fridge now doubt you'll need it.
