Its called Alcotec Turbo Yeast. It is for making high percentage wine, or liquor, Not so much for beer. Any users with some feedback?

Word! I just had a solid Choclate Stout on tap, and did what you suggested. Gave it a bit of an aggressive pour at the end to produce a good head. Now that I think back.....that was a great batch.

Ive had my cider in primary for a couple of weeks now, and it still bubbles 1-2 times a minute. How long do I let it sit in the primary to ferment? When should i bottle it?
