Rear Tyre has kind-of the same bready, biscuit nose with the very faint hop smell that Fat Tire has. If I had to say, I would say that Rear Tyre has even more of a malty nose than the original.

Looking for a good tripel recipe

I love a good tripel. Brother David's from Anderson Valley is a prime example of what I am going for.

Anyone have a great recipe? I am able to do all-grain or extract.

Thanks!
