Cold crash for 48 hours before kegging with gelatin added after the first 24 hours. Comes out crystal clear everytime no head retention issues or stripping of any flavors. I do this for all my beers...

Pushed my MLT to its limit. 23.5 lbs of grain and 7.5-8 gallons of water. But I managed to hit my temp dead on, I know the limit of my MLT!

Served this up on Saturday with some other home brew at our summer party, very well received kicked about half the keg. It was great on a warm sunny day. I had back sweetened with 2 cans of lemonade...

Agreed I do that for all my dry hopped beers. Gentle jostle every few days mixes it up nicely.

I was going to ask if the sugar was strictly as a primer or for flavor as well b/c 8 cups seems high but I wasn't sure. I'm going to rack my batch in the next day or two and keg it up for a summer...
