I brewed a simple pale ale today to try out Belma hops for the first time. I used Belma as a bittering addition and then hop stand at 160 and another at 140 with 50/50 Belma and Cascade.

I heard Stone does 20 min mash for all their beers. I don't normally mash longer than 30 mins myself, often I only do 20 mins. Works for me.

Terrible. I had one on my 5# tank. The o-rings are thin and compress too easily to form a tight seal. I lost 2 tanks before I figured out where the leak was. Fiber or nylon washers work just fine....
