I brewed it a few weeks ago, went from 1.071 to 1.007.

Its more bitter than Pliny, but it may be due to my water. I really like it though!

I'd recommend not using a secondary unless you are doing extended aging (> 1 or 2 months)

Only difference is that plastic eventually will seep oxygen into the beer. If you are doing any long term conditioning, do it in glass. Otherwise they are the same.
