I would second the 2x the size of the batch if you are doing no sparge. When I did my first BIAB in my 15 gallon keggle the mash was only a few cm from over flowing. I made a bit of a mess :o

They have the basics. Carboys, Buckets, Siphons, Airlocks, hydrometers. What they don't have is Kettles or kegging stuff.

For my first batch I didn't. I have an low density immersion element and I did short test to see if it would melt/scorch the bag. The test showed no effect on the bag material so I felt I was safe....
