Modus is great. Perfect beer to sneak on to the golf course in your bag. They also have a very good canned APA: Euphoria. And their Decadent IIPA is pretty nice too. Thumbs up.

As are all the RRB weird, funky, wild, sour beers. I pay roughly $24 to get those shipped to me. Temptation is to die for.

If you're filling a variety of bottle sizes, I'd use the normal amount. However, my RIS was over carb'd because I used the normally recommend amount of priming sugar and bottled in all 22oz bottles....

I don't think it matters. The lines hold pressure, and the pressure should equalize all the way up the lines to the tap. I have carbed kegs on tap before w/o issue.
