Temp sensors from Brewtroller not reading

not sure where the problem came in but temp sensors (one wire) were reading fine when I was cleaning up the system to start brewing.

Started the program and sensors were all reading 31, now none...

I'd use at least a lb, it's cheap insurance against a stuck mask. It does nothing to your beer, no flavor or color added, just helps in filtering the mash.

It's probably just beer scale. Just use the BKF and the scrubbie as others said and you'll be good to go. BKF is great to remove any rust as well, it's handy to have around.

I had already cut the top off when it became "cool" to flip the keg over to use the opening as the dump valve with a triclover. From a financial standpoint the triclover fittings get pricey fast....
