I have a 10g set up and an extra 5g cooler. Even with all this stuff it did occur to me that for what I'm trying to accomplish, (small batch, quicker, or experiment brews)...

Many of the beers I enjoy most wouldn't fare well at a bjcp comp because they don't fit into the cut and dried...
