I just set up my keezer, maybe I'll start brewing like mad, keg the beer, let the finished kegged beer sit in a closet and use the keezer as a ferm chamber for a few months while I rebuild a backlog.

Yeah, I thought keeping the a/c on all day in my small bedroom would work. The room was 65, but the beer was 72.

Tsk Tsk. What a shame.

There ought to still be outward pressure from the liquid, which probably kept you in the clear. If you look at it now, I'm going to guess the liquid in the airlock is not in contact with the liquid...

First runnings with 3.0 gal
Second runnings with 1.0 gal

The mash absorbed .75gal, so I was left with 7 gallons, and ended up with a 5gal...

Okay, the final story from the day is this:

Mashed 10# American 2 Row and 2# Crystal 20 @ 154 Degrees
Lost 3 Degrees over the hour (I need a better cooler)

Boiled an hour to get my 7 gal down...
