My friends aren't even allowed to smoke on my property, let alone near my brewing. So, Id vote you just set them on fire and eliminate the chance the dust won't combust. :mug:

If by flexible you mean braided, then I'd be leery. Depends on what the plastic tubing inside is rated for. If it's just stainless tubing that you can bend then that would be no worries.
