So are you not too concerned about how much sparge water to heat up? Just add a couple gallons, run-off until you hit your volume.

I guess I was worried I might leave a lot of sugar in the grain...

Definitely ramp up the pipeline. I make a habit of brewing the same day I bottle.. that way I'll never go longer than 3 weeks without a new batch of beer! :)
